Love the club level at the grand Testino towers. Staff went out of their way to help. Just had cancer surgery and they even came down to help me open my room door. Special treatment from CJ, Chichi, Jessica, Lisa,, Carmen (chef) Maddie, and others went above and beyond. Christina the GM even came and talked with us. The best club ever.
PHENOMENAL AND EXTRAORDINARY !! WOW LIFELONG DISNEY FAN & FL Resident GRAN DESTINO TOWER IS GORGEOUS!!! Every detail from security to your room, this is an elevated travel experience worth the room rate! Food and service and cleanliness and the design has me awestruck! You HAVE TO SEE THIS PLACE IN PERSON!
This is my favorite hotel in general - very luxury/deluxe for a moderate price point. It's very similar to AC Hotels if you've ever stayed at those. Upscale but with Disney accents and it smells amazing in there.
This is a great place to stay. A big upgrade from the value resorts. Not sure why this resort is not considered deluxe. it is that nice! My wife and I stay here every time we visit. Easy access to transportation to the parks and plenty of amenities including a cafe, restaurants, and more!
We recently stayed at Gran Destino Tower for two nights we had great time hotel Disney staff were great we also loved that we could come down elevator all food options are on lower floor you don't have to leave building. The pool was beautiful and spacious i would recommend this place
We were fortunate to stay in the Alcazar suite a few weeks ago and it was absolutely stunning. Calling the tower moderate is just crazy to me; it’s much nicer than many of the actual Deluxe resorts, in my opinion. Especially when you add in club access. Highly recommend!

Best coffee and Best service ever! Would definitely come back here. Staff are so amazing! Miguel the Barista from their Barcelona bar made sure I have my dairy free coffee! He went extra mile to clean everything and ensure no contamination and took time to carefully made it! What an excellent customer service! And hotel rooms are awesome!
